silk nog – room temp

• appearance: slightly yellow, like real egg nog
• aroma: strong nutmeg, light cinnamon
• flavor: creamy, nutty, not particularly spicy, not overly sweet
• aftertaste: creamy, light
• final score: 4 stars

rice dream rice nog – room temp

• appearance: it’s pink!
• aroma: very cinnamony; similar to rice dream horchata
• flavor: thick, chalky, makes me gag
• aftertaste: phlegmy, makes my mouth feel like it’s coated with vomit
• final score: -1 star

vitasoy holly nog – room temp

• appearance: looks like well-creamed coffee
• aroma: smells exactly like real egg nog
• taste: light , spicy, very close to real egg nog with brandy
• aftertaste: thin, weak
• final score: 3 1/2 stars

silk nog – hot

• appearance: frothy
• aroma: eggy
• taste: foamy, mild, pleasingly belly-warming
• aftertaste: same as taste
• final score: 3 stars

rice dream rice nog – hot

• appearance: little bubbles
• aroma: light cinnamon
• taste: better, but still not so good
• aftertaste: sour and disgusting!
• final score: 0
