the founder and lead designer of helix, a multifaceted creative needs company, skye was raised on fine art and fashion, weaned on graphic and web design, and has recently diversified into product design.

born in sunny santa cruz, california, skye grew up around surfers, skaters, hippies, and punks. the san francisco bay is a wellspring of subcultures and inspiration, and the environment played a large part in his cultural and aesthetic development.

after bouncing between 3 high schools, 6 colleges, and numerous part-time jobs, skye has finally found his chosen career path and is pursuing the pre-requisites for admission to uc berkeley to study mechanical engineering.

currently attending cabrillo college full time as well as engaged in occasional freelance design work, he is busy but pleased.
